What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. In your email, kindly provide us with the reason for the cancellation.

We would like to bring to your attention that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept order cancellations outside of the 12-hour window.
